Many many (many) crashes

PaladinRevenant  I can't see the crash file, as Pastebin says it's awaiting moderation, but that's fine, I can't really do anything with these anyway.  (Maxis can, but that wouldn't matter for a system issue.)

Your dxdiag lists a few Sims 4 crashes that have been related to high-end Intel processors that tend to be overclocked by default, at the motherboard level, where the fix is to disable CPU Turbo Boost.  I'm not sure Dell's proprietary BIOS even gives you that option, but some users have also reported that a BIOS update fixes the problem, so start there.  I believe this is the download page for your laptop:

But rather than take it for granted, please click This Device and look for the BIOS download.  The page above lists version 1.9.0, and you have 1.8.0 installed, so if this is the right page, you have a "critical" update.  I would also suggest letting Dell check for driver updates in general, but install the new BIOS version first, then restart and let the website install anything else relevant.

If this doesn't help, one of the crashes in your dxdiag is usually related to either ReShade/GShade or Razer software.  So if you have any of that, remove it and repair your game, then test again.

If you still get crashes, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
