Today Origin automatically tried to update Sims 4 with the May 4th patch. The update got all the way to 300% (first sign something wasn't right), and after trying to finalise the update I got a mes...
Try deleting your Origin cache files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/
DO NOT DELETE: C:\ProgramData\Origin\LocalContent
I'm on Windows 8.1. When I go to C: > Program Files > Origin none of those files are there.
Okay, I've deleted all the relevant files. This did absolutely nothing, Sims 4 is still grayed out in Origin. Any other suggestions?
Do you get any option if you right click on the game in Origin ? Is the whole game greyed out or just the Play button ?
The whole game is grayed out, including the play button.
When I right click I have a few options including check for update (which does nothing) and game properties, but there is no repair option.
