Menus won't open

@derpatoad Please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, and delete localthumbcache.package as well. If the game works normally, you can start adding your content back in, but keep testing as you go. Any batch of files that reintroduces the issue needs to be split and retested until you find the problem files.
