Missing DLL: [msvcp120.dll] Error: 0xC1

Okay I am truly upset right now because I cannot play a game I purchased because of this error message.

Now I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working and everytime I try to play either the demo or the full game same error message about missing Msvcp120.dll and I know its not my computer because I can play Fifa14 without any sorts of problem but this only occurs with The Sims 4.

I am running "only" a Windows XP 32 bit not a 64 bit so I cannot install a 64 (x64 redistributable) on my PC. I know some players were able to play it by downloading both but I cannot. So what can be done about this? Because I am out of answers perhaps someone can please help,
