Missing DLL sims 4

I got the error sign and downloaded the Microsoft and so I downloaded and installed the appropriate redistributable package from Microsoft, but I don't know where to go from there? It tells me to rest...

So the game is still giving errors when trying to load it? Could you write the error here please, if so? 🙂

Yes it says msvcp120.dll is that enough info? So when it first said that I downloaded the stuff the forums on EA told me to, but I have no idea how to make it work! So now it just still says the same error despite installing the Microsoft stuff
