Missing exclusive content

Hello, I'm missing all of the exclusive contrent. I have every pack that came out and I bought them as preorder but I did not get the content I was promised. I'm talking about:
- The Sims 4 Cottage Living bought in July 2021:
- Rideable Scenic Commuting Bicycle
- "Onward" The Adventurous Gnome Statue
- Bramblewood's DeLIGHTful Tree

- The Sims 4 High School Years bought in July 2022:
- Groove Tube Wireless Speaker
- Spine Reticulator Gaming Chair
- Tri Hard LED Panels

- The Sims 4 Growing Together bought in March 2023:
- Prime of Childhood Swing Set
- Lil' Whalebert Toddler Slide
- PowerWalk Companion

Support is not helping me at all. What am I supposted to do? I contacted them many times and still nothing.

Thanks for that, please see my post here for more information on which retailers you can purchase from to ensure you get any bonus items being offered.

Sorry to hear this. Did you purchase these packs from us directly via the EA app or Origin or were they from a third party?

I used code in EA app/Origins. I'm collecting game boxes

In stores called "Empik" in Poland I have every receipt
