Missing packs ingame

I've had this problem for about a week now. I have a few packs in the Sims 4 now, cause I'm playing it for a few years already. About a week ago I can't play with any of the packs. I tried so many things like emptying the cache, made sure it's my right account, repaired the game, uninstalled and installed the game back, looked at many forum and asked the EA-Support team for help a few times but NOTHING helped and not even the EA-Team could help me. I asked for a refund but they said, that it's just a technical problem and they can't give me a refund. But since nobody could really help me I'm starting to get really upset about it, cause i love playing with all these packs and it was a pretty high sum for all my packs. 

All the packs are installed, but for some reason they won't show ingame. When I get into the game it says I have to download the packs before I could use them. 

I really love this game and I hope there will be soon a answer for my problem.
