ea120281d9152b25 Are you absolutely sure you've signed into the correct EA account? I ask because using the wrong account, as in, not the one that owns your content, has been a common mistake in the time since the EA App fully replaced Origin. If you're not sure, try signing into the App with any other email address you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password reset email.
If you're sure you're using the correct account, please sign into ea.com with this account, open Account Settings > Order History, and see whether you can find your purchases. If not, then they're on a different account, however that happened. (I've seen some strange glitches.) In that case, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask for help finding your content. If you can dig up credit card receipts or email confirmations, be sure to upload those when you submit the help request.
I would strongly suggest using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue. Using the site while not signed in, and continuing without signing in, is also sometimes a good option.
