Missing reaper rewards item

I created a new save with the sole purpose of getting all the collectibles in the game went to buy all the event collection items but found I was missing the ‘glow in the dark freezer bunny’ I have the prowling peepers and the casket of quiet repose so I did blame it 

game is currently fully updated as of 2-25-25                     I have no modes or cc installed and have all packs installed
