Missing Royalty Expansion.
My Royalty and Legacy Expansion that I preordered and have the receipt for in my email is straight up missing. Trying to get help at
https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ is impossible. The CS chat doesn't ask me any questions and not matter what I put in it just goes right back to the same inane message above.
I'm a little bit furious at this point and will likely never pre-order again. Help???

Sorry to hear there's been difficulty reaching our live support team about the missing expansion pack that you pre-ordered. You're definitely on the right track - our live support team should be able to work with you to address this.
Please try using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page. The NextStep chatbot should appear again and ask for some basic information before redirecting you to a new page that'll have the live chat option. If the chatbot still doesn't ask anything, please try using a different browser or incognito/private mode.
