Missing Skin Textures

I recently started a new save and a bunch of female Sims show the Missing Texture skin. I do use mods, but the missing skin texture only appears on female Sims, it doesn't show the Missing Texture skin in CAS, and it is affecting base-game Sims. I collared a few of the Sims and threw them into CAS and went through every option to see if they had on some CC that had broken, but none of them had any CC on, they had mostly Base-Game stuff on including Base-Game skins. I went to my previous save which was fine before, but the same thing is happening there.

**I've repaired my game, twice and I've cleared the Cache for good measure, but it's still happening.**

I've been using MCCC to slowly delete all of the Sims that are affected, but now I've downloaded an old family that I made on Console (So there's 100% no CC) and the two female Sims in the family have the missing texture skin. Furthermore; a few minutes before, I downloaded the same family and they didn't have the missing texture skin. (My game froze and I had to restart, so I had to redownload the family and now their skin has the missing texture - I deleted them, redownloaded them, but the missing texture persists).

The only thing I can think of doing is to change the skin tones to just a random default tone, not touch it in any way and see what happens. (Also, just a side note: All of the Sims have different skin tones, so I don't think it's simply one base-game skin tone that's wreaking havok on my game).

EDIT: I've changed to another default tone and it's still happening. I haven't a Scooby-Doo what to do now...

If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I'd be extremely grateful, I've been looking for the last two days for a solution, and I'm no further in solving the issue.

and repair again.  Sometimes the first repair doesn't take, and sometimes clearing the cache helps.

Otherwise, you may be stuck uninstalling and reinstalling the game.  In that case, put aside the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts so it doesn't get deleted (it shouldn't, but sometimes it happens), and you can restore its contents after you've reinstalled.

Whichever approach ends up working, keep in mind that sims who are already affected may not return to normal until you've switched their skins once or twice.
