[MOD RELATED] White screen on loading world (snowy escape)

My Snowy Escape neighbourhood is not loading. When entering it the screen is completely white. The curser changes as though it is identifying something that is not visible, but it cannot be selected. Multiple restarts have not resolved. Cannot be accessed while in game or through Manage World.

    @FriendlyNoodle Are you using T.O.O.L or other mods/cc ? If so, make sure to update that.
