I took my mods and CC out, made the update, opened the game. All seemed fine. Closed the game. Put back mods and CC, opened the game, got the message that game have been desactivated. I activated them and exited the game and when I reopened the game I got the same message. The mods have been deactivated. I reactivated again, and again. And nope. Always the same message. I repaired the game but it did not help
Anyone has the same problem?

@puzzleaddict I do not have avast or AVG but Norton. And the problem came with the new patch. It si simply that allowing mods and CC does not work. Each time I enter the game it tells me that they are disables even If I had them enabled
Ziafar The point is that some change to a user file is not sticking, and the reason it doesn't stick is more often an antivirus, whether Avast/AVG or something else. The typical problem is that the GameVersion.txt can't update, so Sims 4 thinks this is the first time you've launched post-patch each time you open the game. But it could be an issue with Options.ini as well.
Point is, even though you have Norton, please try the suggestions; just apply the concepts to Norton's settings as necessary.
