Mouse cousor and other problems

I've had several issues several times now my game keeps glitch ing somehow,baby glitch goes to adult clithes as well as other ages I have to age it then edit it in cas then now a new one popped up I was playing and turned my head for a second and looked back and my coursor is instead of the normal look like locked on the push to text if that makes sense and won't let me click anything or nothing and I've had to reset,remake,and replay my same family 4 times now because of all the glitches and I don't wanna have to restart again because I keep forgetting to save it PLEASE HELP ME!

    Hello ! Have you tried going on Origin Launcher, right clicking The Sims 4 and pressing Repair Game? If you have and it still hasn't worked, please save your game and back it up by going to Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Saves. and then create a folder on your desktop, and copy (not move.) the save file to your folder so you have a backup incase you lose the file and try restarting your computer or restarting Origin!
