Mouse Issues/Camera

My girlfriend is currently playing the game and for some reason when clicking in the mouse wheel and holding to enable to swing the camera around it has serious issues doing it.

I have enabled the TS3 camera system but when clicking in the wheel to show the icon and you can move the mouse to swing camera left and right rotation. It takes a few seconds to actually kick in and then as she is moving it suddenly comes out of camera swing and mouse goes off on it down.

I've done virus scans it's fully patched with the current content I own

My system rig is more than enough

Windows 10

Ryzen 5600

32gb 3200mhz RAM

RX6600 8GB

Samsung 870 Evo 1TB (game install)

Temps are really good 

It never used to do it but she hasn't played the game for a few months and a few patches have been out since then

    @Nakatomi_Uk  Please test in both fullscreen and windowed modes, and with a different mouse, and let me know whether you notice any difference.

    If none of that helps, please try playing in a clean boot:

    The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.  Disable the rest as described.

    When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled.  If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

    Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.
