@JazzieThuqqinz Are you trying to move the user data folder, as in, the one that contains saves, mods, etc.? There are two approaches you could take. The first is to move the Documents folder in its entirety to your second hard drive. This is straightforward, and supported by Windows.

If you would prefer to leave Documents where it is and just move the Sims 4 user data folder, you can create a symbolic link instead. This guide is written with an external drive in mind, but it also works for a second internal drive.
In either case, be sure to back up your essential data before moving anything. This should be fine, but there's always a chance that you accidentally delete some files.
If you're looking to move the game's program files, create a folder on your SSD where you want the files to go. Then open Origin, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Move game, and choose the folder you've created. Origin should copy the program files over and adjust the associated registry entries without your having to do anything manually.

I attached a screenshot of what I meant by the User Folder. And I tried to move the documents over to the new drive and when I launch Sims, it just makes a new sims file on the same hard drive.

@JazzieThuqqinz If you merely cut and paste the Sims 4 folder, or the contents of Documents, to the new drive, the game won't be able to find its user data folder and will create a new one. That's why you have to go through the process of redirecting everything to the drive you want.
It's best not to move the entire User folder to your secondary drive: you can move one or two large subfolders (i.e. Documents, Photos), but leave the others. This is the guide you want:
