Moving Sims 4 Document files to another hard drive

Hello.

I have two hard drives.

- Datadrive (Larger)

- C Drive (smaller)

The Sims 4 and Get to work is installed on my datadrive. Which is good, as i wanted it to be.

But, all the Document files (Mods, tray, saves, etc etc) is on my C drive. This is an issue to me (both for the sims 3 and 4) since i do have quite a lot of custom content.

I would like to move all of these files (at least minimum my mods folder since this takes waaaay to much space) to my datadrive.

I tried doing so, but the Sims 4 kept re creating these files in the c drive.

Is there any way to do so ?
