My camera in tab mode is wonky

I dont even know how to explain it but when I enter tab mode to take pictures or video my camera acts weird. I am on windows and my mouse is a gaming mouse that has the scroll ball in between the clicker. When I enter tab mode and try to position my camera to take a picture or even center it i use the roller that is between the clicker to position the screen but when it does is rotate the camera to fast, even if i move my mouse just a tiny bit also when I move the camera in tab move up and down it locks ro either having it look to the sky or ground. when i try to rotate the camera another way, (the left) it would continue to pan to the right. I have trouble explaining things so i added a video to kinda show someone what i mean, but i dont even know if the video does any justice. I dont think it is a problem with my mouse because I plugged in another mouse that i had and i still have the same problem. I repaired my game twice, took out all my cc, and even generated a new sims 4 folder but i'm still having a problem with my sims 4 camera.

  • @DeavaSims  If you have ReShade, disable it or uninstall it, at least long enough to test.  You can also try disabling Origin in-game.  Open your Origin library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Properties, and uncheck the box for Origin in-game.  There's also a global setting:  Hover over your username, select Application Settings, then More > Origin in-game, and turn it off.  Recently, for some games at least, it's become necessary to turn Origin in-game off for the specific game as well as globally.

  • @DeavaSims It looks like the sensitivity on your mouse is set too high. You might look into how to turn it down either with your mouse manufacturer software or with your operating system.
  • I looked through my mouse settings on my computer but it didnt help. I'll try to call the people who made the mouse on monday to see if they can help me
