Community Admin@fsjjp Do you get a crash report in the reliability monitor? Can you play for a bit or does it crash on startup? Is the error message exactly as per the thread title?

it crash in the "the sims logo" loding screen every time i start the game.
and there's no solution found from the reliability monitor

Ok then, can you repair the game (right click on the game in Origin to get the option) and check for any driver updates?
