myxosphere After looking at your first dxdiag, I was going to suggest updating the Nvidia graphics driver, but I can see you're running the newest driver now. Your new dxdiag lists one breakpoint error, as opposed to the large pile of them in the first one, but it also lists a number of crashes of Asus Software Manager. Is there a reason you're running this app on an MSI laptop? If you don't have a specific, current use for it, I'd get rid of it; even if you do, I'd uninstall it long enough to test the game.
If that doesn't help, are your current crashes still completely random, or is there a pattern now that you've installed the newer driver? I ask because the crashing could have initially had multiple causes, one of which was the driver, and it would be helpful to know more about what problems are still present.
