my game crashes after some time of playing

ZaratheTerra​  Please remove your Mods folder and test again to confirm that these crashes aren't mod-related.  You don't need to save your progress.  If you get a new crash, please post the new lastcrash file.

And I'd like to know what lot(s) you're playing on when the game crashes.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
