@pinkyjane13 If you have any mods or custom content at all, please remove the Mods folder and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If this doesn't help, or you don't currently have any mods or cc installed, please run a dxdaig and attach it to your reply.

Hey, It happens without my mods in also. I used Tray Importer to delete corrupt files from the lot it was crashing on. Then took the whole mods folder out and went to a different save (not a new one) and it crashed in the same way.
It always seems to happen when I move my camera down when I am in the kitchen. Like specifically in the kitchen.
And then here is my DicDiag:
Thank you!

Also! I just tested it in a completely new save, with no mods, and it still crashed. It'll freeze and then can't unfreeze, and just crash.

@pinkyjane13 Please force Sims 4 to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open your EA App game library, select Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and enter -dx11 in the command line box.
@Xemisa2World Please create your own thread in the Sims 4 console tech forum for help, if you haven't already. I don't know anything about troubleshooting on console.
