I have been experiencing issues with playing with mods, and I thought it might be due to outdated mods. However, after updating them all, the game still wouldn't work. I am also having issues where even when I play without mods, the game won't allow me to save my builds. I also have the Nordhaven world twice in one of my worlds.
The game tells me to try again later. I can save CAS things to my gallery.

Please also let me know whether Sims 4 is saving your user data to OneDrive, which could account for the issue saving builds and the issue with using mods. Here's how to find the location the game is using:
