My game freezes when bulldozing or replacing a penthouse

Question

Ever since I got The Sims 4 in September of 2018 my game freezes most times when I try to bulldoze a penthouse lot. Also 1 time I was able to bulldoze a penthouse (which took a long time) but can't replace it with one from the gallery. It freezes then as well. I have to use task manager to exit the game.My game is currently version&nbsp;1.52.100.1020. Also I own all Expansion, Game &amp; Stuff packs.

I had this issue. There was a “fixed object” that I had to manually delete in order to place the lot on the penthouse. The object was a planter pear tree. Hope this helps someone else!
