My game froze at loading screen

Hey Simmers, I tried launching my game today but it won't go past the animated loading screen (the loading screen after u click play), the game froze for a long time and won't let me tab out. I tried all the suggested method such as start with a fresh file, redownloaded the EA launcher (clear cache and repair the launcher), restarted my pc, updated my windows, and cleaned through my files. Does anyone know what may cause this issue and how can I fix it?
