PuddleOfBats​  When you say the command prompt isn't working, what do you mean?  If you're getting an error, please post a screenshot.  And to be clear, the command itself starts with reg query ; some people have only copied the part after that, which is of course not a valid command.

Disabling OneDrive doesn't necessarily move the location of your Documents directory out of the OneDrive folder, which is why you may need to change it manually.
