My game is crashing continuously on start-up.

Iv'e literally tried everything possible, even trying to load the game off-line!  Ive done a hard re-set, cleared the cache, cleared local saves it just does not get beyond the loading screen at all.  It only started yesterday.

The game is completely unplayable, so much so Iv'e had to completely un-install it.  Iknow full well when I re-install it will be exactly the same as everyones experiencing exactly the same issue... First time ive experienced anything like this in years of playing The Sims 4!!

When it crashes it screams a loud noise then poof back to main screen.

Is there a patch or fix coming for this at all?  I havecpaid for a game & add-on's like everyone else here and what for?   A game thats virtually unplayable!

I will re-install the the game but Im not holding out any kind of hope that it can bexresurected in itscpresent state.

Have we had a download recently at all as last night it crashed and I lost everything, Im not alone in this issue, Im just baffled, but the only consolation is, its not myself, my XBox as everone of us is experiencing the exact same issue.... Interested to know if a patch or fix is coming, its something recent though.
