My game is crashing.... help please

Ever since the new update my game keeps crashing, I am a mod user normally. However I was prepared when the update came...

I copied and saved my saves to a different folder,
I removed all my mods,
I updated when it came out...

Then the whole double download broke my game, so I uninstalled the game fully. When I reinstalled a fresh game, it had no saves as was expected. BUT now it crashes very 15-20 minutes, my pc is not the issue i have checked and double check every thing i know to check. I have repaired my game properly over 30 times at this point

PLEASE SEND HELP

  • c66x1nrwt78l  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

  • c66x1nrwt78l  Does the game run better in DirectX 11 mode?  All the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are in DX9 mode, which, while still supported, is different enough to be a less-than-accurate test.

If you get a crash in DX11 mode, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
