Dee0zz Thanks for the dxdiag. Is your computer overclocked in any way? If so, please revert to stock settings. Even if you never overclocked it yourself, iBuyPower may have as part of its usual setup, so check your documentation. Check the Nvidia GeForce Experience auto-overclock feature too, in the in-game overlay under Performance. It's called something like "automatic tuning."
If that doesn't help, look for a BIOS update. If you can't find one, let me know what motherboard you have.
On many high-end Intel processors, a CPU overclock can produce the python37_x64.dll errors in your dxdiag. Your processor isn't supposed to be overclockable, but if updating the BIOS doesn't help (or isn't possible), look for a "CPU Turbo Boost" or similar setting in the Advanced BIOS settings, and shut it off.
