My game keeps crashing everytime I save

So I’ve recently started playing the sim 3 a lot out of no where and haven’t touched the sims 4 in weeks (mind you the last time I played everything was fine) all of a sudden I went to play again and...

Could you please provide the following information

  • Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

  • Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
