My game keeps crashing!! HELP A SAD SIMS PLAYER! OCTOBER 2024

So ever since the last update, my sims has been crashing after around 5-8 minutes of playing. It hasn't crashed on start up or on any loading screens, but it has crashed when actually playing with my...

So I tested removing the mods and I was able to play the game for longer before it crashed (about 10-15 minutes) and It only seems to crash while in actual play mode. It hasn't crashed while in CAS or on any other screen. Same with my save with mods, but it would crash in about 5 minutes of actually playing. Ran a dxdiag and here is the result.
