@puzzlezaddict Thank you, tried it without mods as well, even started a new game clean of mods and it crashed. Most time it crashed in the loading screen.
Here is the file below.
Tried the -dx11 and it still crashed. (this is after the Dxdiag)
@Vanilla5pice Some of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag look like the crashes currently related to ReShade and GShade, so if you use either one, please remove it and repair the game (again, if you have already).
Either way, please also disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:
The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run. Disable the rest as described.
When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled. If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.
If this works, you can selectively reenable services until you find the one that's causing the problem, and you'll know what to uninstall or at least leave disabled for now.

First, I want to say thank you so much for helping out! Secondly, I did try all methods besides getting rid of reshade, I updated it and switched my shader in hope that will help. If it does however continue to crash, I will be removing it.
It seems to only crash in the new game loading screen & going through the glimmerbrook portals.
I am currently testing a modded gameplay again & it didn't crash after the first time I brought up the game & it making a new save. What is happening though is a mod for sure so I just have to weed out this weird cooking glitch. I may make a thread post about that some other time but you're a genius!
