My game keeps crashing
fyodor_salatasi Some of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the graphics driver, and yours is from 2022. So the place to start is with updating the driver. This is the newest one Intel offers for your processor and graphics chip:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart after installing it and before trying to play.

Your dxdiag also lists a few EA App errors. These may or may not mean anything, but if you're still seeing crashes after updating the driver, I would suggest doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the App. Use Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and choose the Advanced scanning method when asked. Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.
