pepermintginger Yes, that text file is what Crinrict was requesting. Your dxdiag shows a few serious crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

The proper order of operations here is uninstall the AMD driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the AMD driver > restart, all while your computer is offline. When you're done, go back online and test Sims 4.
