NoahGh0st I'm having trouble reading your screenshot, but it looks like you can click the button to try to download the Sims Delivery content again.
If that doesn't work, close the game, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and delete the content folder, then try again. If that still doesn't work, please write out the error message, or post a clearer screenshot. It's fine to leave it in the original Portuguese.
This is separate from the game update, which... I think you have? The version number, in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu, should be 1.113.297.
