I cannot access the game, not even on my main menu page. It keeps stucking on the download page before you access to the menu. These are steps that I've done and It doesn't work
- Delete Caches e.g. localthumbcache
- Clear Cache in EA apps
- Remove ALL mods folder
- Remove my 'The Sims 4' folder and start a game like a new installer
I've done all process above and still cannot play the game. please help me.
@lilgreenfruit and @Snappinturtlefli Does the game work if you launch it while your computer is offline? Sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
