My Game won’t load pass maxis screen
My game was fine after the June 6th update. However after the June 10th update my game isn’t loading pass the maxis screen. I just purchased three packs and now it won’t work 🥺 can anyone help ?

@nolandebianca1 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder wlll spawn with no content. Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play for a bit. Let me know either way.
If you can't load a new save in the clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
