Rate1232 If you haven't already, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia graphics driver, as described here:
However, instead of using the newest driver from Nvidia, try one that's at least a couple months old, for example 577.00. You can find older drivers here:

It's fine to start with the oldest driver available and update from there, but going backwards would mean you'd need to DDU the newer driver each time. So start with the oldest you're comfortable using and update from there if necessary. Choose Game Ready Driver as the Download Type to be able to go back further; you'll only want these drivers, not the Studio versions, which are for professional workloads.
