My game wont load and it deleted all my families

Bro Tell me why the Sims 4 games actually stopped working like I spent hours and hours and so much money on this game and literally it bugged out. Now I can't even play nor can I even have all my families. I am absolutely pissed I wasted so many hours on my families. Now everything is gone the houses the families and all of my money went in the trash. After I updated not the most recent update but the one before it I have NOT been able to play It has been 2 months and I'm starting to want to just delete the game and it is actually so annoying. I need someone to help me i have tried so many hacks and tricks but nothing works. I need someone to help me.

    @s0ph1a313  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Is OneDrive or iCloud Drive, respectively, active and syncing your Documents folder?

    Please also let me know what happens when you try to load the game.  If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
