my game won't zoom at all

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? My game won't zoom at all, sometimes (and I mean sometimes) it works but other than that it doesn't. It doesn't matter if its in CAS, build/buy, or live mode, it won't zoom at all. My little sister found the bug when she was playing a while ago (and yes I asked her if she messed with anything).
What do you expect to see? My game to zoom in and out.

My game won't zoom at all, sometimes (and I mean sometimes) it works but other than that it doesn't. It doesn't matter if its in CAS, build/buy, or live mode, it won't zoom at all. My little sister found the bug when she was playing a while ago (and yes I asked her if she messed with anything). An important thing to add is that I use a touchpad and my laptop won't allow me to use a wireless mouse (haven't gotten the chance to buy and try a wired mouse) I still can technically play my game being that everything else works fine, but its just not very enjoyable.
