@kreatora This did not work. After I make a new folder and repair the game, the menu screen is still white and I cannot start.

Look for drivers for your hardware. You need to look for graphics drivers for your graphic card above all.

You can also look for these graphics drivers here
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
but better on the HP page because these drivers from Intel page can be not compatible with this computer model
