My issues after Eco-Living installation

I get several of these issues as well with a few minor adjustments and additional problems:

• For me, it's the Sage bush that always shows the initial seed instead of the plant when it doesn't have harvestables and the Cowplant has now reverted back to an initially planted form despite having the option to play/feed/pet. The animation for that plays like the cowplant is there but it shows the seedling version.
• When I hover over the fridge, it shows me that it is +eco green but none of my other appliances do despite being upgraded with eco parts
• The NAP investigator will tell me that my house isn't in compliance with several action plans despite the fact that it is.
• The excess money I make from electricity/water towards bills doesn't actually work. It will show that my bill will be about 30 simoleans but when it comes bill time, it's back up to 300 as if the excess meant nothing. The excess is on auto sell so I understand that it SHOULD sell it automatically to count towards bills.
• A new one that just came up: I got a phone call about inheritance money that my sim could only get if he married in the next 7 days. Despite the fact that he is already married.
• Gardening in general seems to be wonky. My plants automatically move up in terms of quality (which I approve of) but when I moved them, they started going DOWN in quality and are now stuck at 'nice'. Plants I previously evolved are suddenly only 'nice' and nothing seems to be going up in quality. This is frustrating as this was never a problem before.

I've removed mods and adjusted things and still these issues persist.
