Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi, I've been playing The Sims on Play for many years and have a lot of expansion packs purchased on my account. For Christmas, I redeemed the game on Epic Games and decided to download it. After linking my EA account and downloading the game, all the expansion packs I'd already purchased are showing up as available for purchase again. I don't understand this at all, since I already own them on my EA account, and I can even see my household members with those expansion packs uploaded to the gallery. I posted about this issue on the Spanish forums and no one has responded, and I've also opened a support ticket on the customer service page, but I don't know how or when they're supposed to contact me. I also have the purchase receipts in my email, which is linked to my EA account.

    It sounds like you're currently signed in to a different account from the one you purchased those packs on. As access is stored on the EA account level, regardless of device used, you'll need to sign into that original account to regain access to your purchased packs.
