I redeemed a code for the Sims 4 Get Together expansion pack and the EA app accepted it fine until I went to the pack to press download and the download button disappeared and was replaced by the purchase button. Thinking the app had bugged and not accepted my code, I tried to redeem the code again and it says that the code had already been redeemed even though the app isn't even acknowledging it's existence. Please help!!

Try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here and let me know if Get Together is showing as owned and available to install then please.
Hi, thank you for the reply, I followed the steps and made sure it was done correctly and the app restarted but it is still showing as purchase however when i launch the game it tells me that I own the pack and that i need to download it to use it.
@lkerrx Please run a search for EP02 , which is the folder for Get Together. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP02 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

Community ManagerIf you've already tried clearing the cache for the EA app and these packs still aren't showing for you, please follow the steps in post #4 but search for GP02 and GP11, which are the folders for for Spa Day and My Wedding Stories. Please attach the screenshot to your post here so we can look into this further with you.
