JAMESPUATI Please make sure the save is in the correct Sims 4 folder. Here's how to find it:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
The file paths must match exactly, up to the Sims 4 folder itself.
If that's not the issue, please list the file name for the save, or post a screenshot of it.

I tried that and it still didnt work
JAMESPUATI Sorry for the late reply. The save can't be read because it has a space and a (9) after its number. Remove that, and the save should load. It should look like this:
Slot_00000003.save
The scratch folder should be deleted, unless you've put other saves inside, in which case mvoe those directly into the saves folder and then delete the scratch folder.
