My sim can't recieve a Starlight Accolade award.

My sim is an actress, so I took her to the Starlight Accolades to see if she'd win an award. She did, but when I clicked on the option to recieve it, she couldn't move over to the microphone. I wondered if something was blocking her way, but after the awards show she went up to it just fine. It happens every single time, is there any way to fix this?

    I'm having an issue getting the starlight accolade award also. I get nominated but never win one even though I'm at 10 stats on acting and charisma and cand achieve gold at every gig. I never win an award. I've been playing since my sim was a  young adult and now she is an elder at the end of her life and I still haven't won one.

    If you have any issues with Sims 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
