My sim cant travel in Sims 4

I just got the game and ive tries exploring oasis spring with my first sim and i can seem to travel to any of the loactions. I saved and re-launches the game and that worked one time but now it does not work. if any one can help that would be much appreciated!

    Could you explain doesn't work ? Does it not load ? Can you not click on lots ? Does the map not come up ?

    hi, i actually have the same problem!! it just doesnt want to load!!

    I can play the household fine but whenever I try to visit other lots (gym, museum, etc) the loading screen runs and it never loads into the world. It gets stuck on this loading screen and I have to force close the game. It's been doing this since the most recent update.

    Are you using custom content in your game ? Lots is not compatible anymore with the March patch
