My Sim died in the water and the grim reaper cant swim

I'm not sure if i put this in the right place, but one of my sims died from the sun while swimming and was waist deep then died. the Grim Reaper then appeared but also in the water and hasn't moved a...

The game stopped because it can't deal with this error. Unfortunately, there is no other option but to leave the game without saving.
You can try to fix the game on Origin because maybe some file is damaged. By the way, check if your scripts mods - MCC - are up to date.
