@Scotty1230_11 Try removing the UI cheats mod, if you have it. Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package as well.
If that doesn't help, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help either, please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see the game still breaks when you edit sims (with cheats if you normally use a mod).
If it works normally, you can start adding back your mods and custom content in batches, testing each time to see whether the problem is back. Any batch that causes the same issue needs to be split and retested until you find the problem file(s).
