Hello!
In my Sims 4 game, my sims can't cook. I've tried everything: repaired my game, resetted my simmer, deleted localthumbcache+resource file, deleted all my CC. And they still won't cook as soon as they have gotten the food out of the fridge.
They now have to live of a grill in their apartment (lucky for them the game is not that realistic)
Please tell me there could be a solution for this

Make sure nothing obstruct the oven Nothing in front and nothing above plus there has to be at least one free counter with nothing on it.
That was the first thing I tried but unfortunately it didn't work.
Try replacing the oven and see if it then works.
Move it to an entirely open spot then see what happens.

Maybe you did something in the wrong order.
Step 1. Move your mods folder to desktop
Step 2. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder
Step 3. Fix the game in Origin
After this, if mods didn't spoil the old safe, the game should work
To exclude this possibility
Save your game option "save as"
Start new game still without mods and CC and check if you have this error.
